Stevie Wonder "Funkafied Rainbow"

Motown recorded this concert in 1974 with the intention of commercial release. Not content with the quality of sound either the label or Mr. Wonder himself decided to chuck it to the side where it would resurface years later in the form of a bootleg. If you don't have this in your collection I implore you to download this immediately.

Tribe II "What I Like" (French Dub In)

Strut Records kicks off the new year with an impressive double CD homage to ground breaking Celluloid Records. Release date is slated for Febuary the 19th with liner notes written by the one and only Vivien Goldman.
Not included is this release by Tribe II which seems to be a duo consisting of French female rapper Beeside aka Fab 5 Betty and Jimmy Mac whose joint efforts went no further than this one 12" single. Even with today's technology no information on Tribe II, Beeside, or Jimmy Mac could be found.
