The infamous "Ahhhhh this stuff is reallllllly fresh" in Fab 5 Freddy's "Change the Beat" is actually NOT Freddy as believed but is the voice of Roger Trilling aka Jimmie Mac who I featured recently (under the moniker of Tribe II).
The First World Champion of the DMC World DJ Championships, DJ Cheese, was the intended DJ to be featured on Herbie Hancock's "Rockit", but Bill Laswell couldn' get with the name "Cheese", so he put his friend Grandmixer D. St. on.
