Earth Wind & Fire Live at the Budokan 1979

I always wondered why George Clinton talked mad smack about EW&F on some of the P Funk album covers (or maybe that was more the doing of Pedro Bell?). Skip to the 40 minute mark, and you'll see what the beef was most likely about.

Was Jules Fischer, who designed the sets and costumes for P Funk, the same set and costume designer for EW&F? I couldn't find any answers to this question online, but it really looks like it. Regardless of the blatant biting this concert is still nothing short of amazing.
